WHY

We help organizations thrive in the digital world.

HOW

We put people at the center of what we do and take a human approach to change.

WHAT

We offer consultancy, advisory and development services for the digital workplace, organizational development and digital product innovations.

We started our journey back in 2006 in London, United Kingdom. We advised knowledge-intensive firms, i.e. major legal firms, consultancies, banks, on how to use modern applications to improve information management and knowledge networking. We also designed and implemented those applications primarily based on Confluence, but also SharePoint and others. We understood that the project success was not only dependent on the implementation of the most suitable tool but the users. Hence, we started focusing even more on the people side of change identifying key audiences, understanding their pain points and the way they worked and empathizing with them to make the change as human as possible.

Around 2010 we branched out offering services to develop digital products, including websites, Intranets, employee portals and mobile apps. We kept true to our promise to always put people at the center of what we do. We started experimenting with agile team structures and helping client teams to adopt new working styles. From there we got involved in more and more organizational development projects helping organizations adapt to the new challenges and opportunities the digital age provides.

Today, we are proud to serve our clients in all three areas: Digital Workplace, Organizational Development and Digital Innovation.

But no matter the area, we always keep true to our promise: People are at the heart of everything and are the lever for change.
